PURCHASE & PAYMENTS
All payments are made through Paypal and can be made using debit and most major credit cards. You will receive an electronic conformation upon receipt of your order.
POSTAGE
All orders are post free and sent Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery. I will endeavour to post your order out to you within 48 hours but I will only guarantee 7 days. If there is a problem with your order I will contact you by email or telephone.
Please note all contact information & delivery information must be submitted accurately & in full to guarantee that the order is dispatched to the correct address.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then it must be returned to me within 7 days in perfect condition and as far as possible in its original packaging. All returns must be sent back recorded delivery with an email or note stating the reason for return. Unfortunately there can be no exchanges on earrings due to health & hygiene regulations unless they are returned in their original packaging with the seal unbroken.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s using recorded delivery. I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Any refunds due will be processed back onto the original card used for payment usually within 14 working days.
JEWELLERY
Please be aware that whilst I take great care to accurately describe my jewellery, a lot of the pieces are made using natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from that shown.
JEWELLERY FINDINGS
All the findings on my handmade jewellery comply with the E.E.C. directive on low nickel content. The earring hooks are all nickel free. Where I use the term “gold” or “silver” in my descriptions I refer to the colour. Where I use the terms sterling Silver the component will be stamped 925 and will be hallmarked.
JEWELLERY CARE
I would advise all my customers to store their jewellery in their original boxes and keep them out of direct sunlight as certain semi-precious stones will fade in direct sunshine. Please, please do not spray perfumes or body lotions anywhere near your jewellery as the chemicals and alcohols may react causing discolourment and through time may damage the wire on which they are strung. Thank You.
